Cubo Living

… I feel at home here!

The new building, consisting of a row of buildings along Hügelstrasse and three individual buildings in the courtyard, is designed for 93 residential and three commercial units. The 1 to 3-room flats are spread over the four buildings with a total of three or six floors.

An underground car park connects the four buildings and offers 50 parking spaces.

Practical floor plans and partially barrier-free room solutions offer singles, couples and commuters, but also young families, a comfortable home in spacious living rooms with well-integrated cooking and dining areas, as well as – for most apartments – access to a balcony, loggia or terrace.

Area and transport links

… I'll be there in five minutes!

In the commuter belt of the economic metropolis of Frankfurt a. M., Wiesbaden, Mainz and Aschaffenburg, Darmstadt not only has excellent supra-regional transport connections, but also offers a well-developed local infrastructure. Local public transport and shopping facilities are just a few steps away and ensure quick accessibility.

The building’s proximity to the centre is ideal; bus and tram stops, parking facilities, doctor’s surgeries, numerous shops and restaurants and Darmstadt State Theatre are close by. Other cultural and leisure activities, educational and care facilities, shopping streets and discount stores are just a few steps away.

One with style

Connected like a hallway, the practical 1-room sample apartment has a finely separated cooking and dining area and a spacious living and sleeping area open to each other – elegantly separated only by the interior bathroom with bathtub and washing machine connection.

Two with character

The transition from the entrance to the spacious living area is pleasantly open in our tworoom sample apartment, where you can comfortably cook, eat and relax. In addition to access to the terrace or balcony, it also provides access to the spacious bedroom, into which a workplace can be easily integrated. There is even plenty of room for two in the shower room.

Three with class

An inviting open corridor leads directly into the heart of the sample apartment. The spacious living room with integrated kitchen and dining area is also open-plan and offers access to the balcony or terrace. The spacious bedroom can be reached from the hallway. A shower room with a washing machine connection and a variably usable third room complete the classic living space.

The location

Between history and future, culture and science

As a cosmopolitan and international city, Darmstadt impresses with its population’s diversity. People from over 150 countries and five continents live, work, learn and do research here. It was for a reason that Darmstadt received the title “The City of Science” in 1997, and the four universities as well as more than 30 renowned scientific institutes contributed to its award. Established more than 130 years ago, the Technical University of Darmstadt also plays a key role in the location of the five strongest economic clusters that shape the image of the city today.

With approximately 160,000 residents, Darmstadt is the fourth-largest city in Hesse and the hub of the southern part of the Rhine-Main metropolitan area. As a former landgrave’s residence and capital of the Grand Duchy of Hesse, the city also offers an abundance of splendid architecture and diverse parks – in addition to the urban diversity of inner-city life. You can have relaxing time at the “Großer Woog” (Public Lake), in the botanical garden or in the stimulating diversity of the young-at-heart city centre.
