The new building, consisting of a row of buildings along Hügelstrasse and three individual buildings in the courtyard, is designed for 93 residential and three commercial units. The 1 to 3-room flats are spread over the four buildings with a total of three or six floors.
An underground car park connects the four buildings and offers 50 parking spaces.
Practical floor plans and partially barrier-free room solutions offer singles, couples and commuters, but also young families, a comfortable home in spacious living rooms with well-integrated cooking and dining areas, as well as – for most apartments – access to a balcony, loggia or terrace.

Connected like a hallway, the practical 1-room sample apartment has a finely separated cooking and dining area and a spacious living and sleeping area open to each other – elegantly separated only by the interior bathroom with bathtub and washing machine connection.

Two with character
The transition from the entrance to the spacious living area is pleasantly open in our tworoom sample apartment, where you can comfortably cook, eat and relax. In addition to access to the terrace or balcony, it also provides access to the spacious bedroom, into which a workplace can be easily integrated. There is even plenty of room for two in the shower room.
3-room-flat
Three with class
An inviting open corridor leads directly into the heart of the sample apartment. The spacious living room with integrated kitchen and dining area is also open-plan and offers access to the balcony or terrace. The spacious bedroom can be reached from the hallway. A shower room with a washing machine connection and a variably usable third room complete the classic living space.

Yes, there is on individual cellar for each apartment. The cellars are located in the underground level.
